FAQ.
Some real quick references for you.
Delivery
Deliveries are completed between 8am and 11am ensuring linen is ready for your cleaning team. Please advise if a specific delivery time is required.
Collection
Collection of used linen occurs after 10am on the day of departure and depends on varying factors. If the linen is not ready on the day, we will continue to check until the cleaners have been. In most circumstances we can liaise directly with the cleaning team.
The Hirer is to place items for collection in the original delivery area on departure unless otherwise specified.
Conditions of hire
Terms & Conditions of Hire:
All terms and conditions listed below represent an Agreement between the Hirer and Byron Bay Holiday Hire (‘BBHH’) applicable immediately on payment for the hire of items:
General Terms and Conditions
- Hire items remain the property of BBHH at all times;
- Hire items are to be returned and/or collected inclusive of all parts, clean and in working order. On failure of this condition BBHH may seek reasonable repair, replacement and/or cleaning expenses from the Hirer.
- The Hirer agrees to pay BBHH for any loss or damage to the hire items that occurred during the period in which the Hirer had possession of them;
- BBHH may seek to recover from the Hirer full replacement costs for items that become damaged or are lost during the period in which the Hirer had possession of them.Â
- For account customers – linen is to be returned in full after the agreed period of hire. This is after the booking in which the linen was intended, for no longer than 10 days use at a time.Â
- Beach towels, doona inserts, doona covers and blankets are property of BBHH and must be returned used or otherwise after the agreed period of hire. Items kept for longer than the agreed period or kept as ‘spares’ for future bookings will continue to be charged for until returned.
- BBHH reserves the right to remove any items from the property if it appears they are being kept longer than the agreed hire period or stockpiled for future use.
Indemnity
- The Hirer shall indemnify BBHH, BBHH’s Owners, BBHH’s employees and agents from all loss, damage, injury, actions or claims arising directly or indirectly from the use of hire items. This includes negligence shown to be the fault of BBHH, BBHH’s Owners, BBHH’s employees and agents.
Faulty items / Returns
- All faulty items can be replaced – please contact BBHH immediately if there are any issues with the hire items.
- No returns are available after delivery has been made.
Cancellation / Refunds
- All cancellations must be received via email. Please email us at for this purpose.
- The Hirer will not receive a refund if the items have already been delivered and any linen has been removed from the bags. This is for safety and hygiene purposes,
